In this video, you are going to discover a fun exercise to work on your positioning when passing

You will need a partner, a small ball and a small cone.

To workon the positioning of your body and hands, follow these two steps: adapt your stance and receive the ball.

Firstly, moving and standing.

Stand near the net with the small cone in your hands.

Your partner stands on your side of the court, with the small ball in their hands.

They throw the ball in a curve, with a perimeter of 1m50 in front, behind and around you.

At the same time they shout either "left" or "right" side of the net. You must move to this side to receive the ball

Move to stand beneath where the ball will drop.

Secondly, catch the ball.

To catch the ball, place the mini cone on your forehead, holding it with both hands.

The mini cone stays in an upside down position, the point on your forehead and the open base pointed to the upwards.

Catch the ball inside the mini cone, at the same time adopting the correct body position:

your leg closest to the net slightly forwards, and your body positioned to the side your partner has called

Throw and catch the ball 10 times.

Next catch the ball more quickly 5 times. Each time, throw the ball back to your partner immediately so that they can throw it again - this time, without announcing any direction.

Getting your body position right before passing is very important... Over to you!
