In this video you are going to discover an individual warm-up for passing the ball.
Here are 3 exercises to help you warm up for passing: juggling while standing still, juggling while moving forward and bouncing the ball against a wall.
Firstly, juggling standing still
This exercise enables you to warm up the upper body.
Throw the ball a small distance above your head.
receive it and throw it back up and down, only using overhand passes.

Throw the ball up and down as many times as possible without dropping it and while standing more or less in the same position.
Secondly, juggling while moving forwards
This exercise enables you to warm up your arms, legs and back.
Stand on one side of the court and walk across its width all while juggling
Walk back and forththree times while juggling ball.
Once you master this step, try to duck under the net while jugglingthe ball without dropping it.
Thirdly, tbouncing the ball against a wall.
This exercise help you to control the power of your passes
Stand two or three metres away from a wall.
Face the wall and throw the ball against it, aiming high up.
Carry out several passes by bouncing the ball against the wall, always aiming at the same spot.
Once you master this step, bounce the ball against the wall and try to send the ball a bit higher each time.
You can also do this exercise while side stepping to the right and then to the left.
Repeat these warm-ups before you train. Over to you!
