This pose calms the mind and rejuvenates the body from states of fatigue and stress.

In this video, you will learn the Corpse Pose, also known as Shavasana.
Lie down flat on your back.
Rest the back of your hands away from your thighs and spread out your legs.
Make sure you are completely comfortable.
Close your eyes and focus on gradually loosening each muscle.
Relax every part of your body from your head to your toes.
Gradually clear your mind of all thoughts.
Stay in pose for about 5-10 minutes, breathing naturally.
Rise up from corpse pose by turning to one side and using your arms for support.
This pose calms the mind and rejuvenates the body from states of fatigue and stress.
You have now learnt Shavasana, the Corpse Pose.
