Inhale and then exhale as you raise your head, chest and legs from the ground, as high as possible.
Tighten the muscles of your buttocks and stretch your thigh muscles.
Bring your shoulder blades as close as possible and make sure your legs are straightened and fully extended.
Breathe deeply as you stay in this position for about 10-15 seconds.
Exhale as you slowly release from the position.
