If you can, place your right elbow outside of your left knee.
Fold the right elbow by 90 degrees so your fingers are pointing up.
You can stretch further by holding your left ankle with your right hand to lock yourself into position.
Turn your face to look over your left shoulder and stretch as much as you can without straining yourself.
Breathe deeply as you stay in this final position for 20-30 seconds or as long you can.
Exhale as you slowly straighten your torso and release your arms to the sides.
Repeat the same on the other side for the same amount of time.
