In this video, you will learn an exercise to practice passing, pivoting and escaping a defender.

The aim of this exercise is to make 10 passes in a limited area, without the ball being intercepted by your opponent.

Divide the players into two equal teams. Adapt the size of the area to the number of players.

The game starts with a jump ball, as in a real game.

The team that catches the ball then has to make 10 passes in a row without the ball being intercepted by the other team.

If the ball touches the floor, it is turned over to the other team.

However, if a player throws a bounce pass, play continues.

Players cannot dribble or move with the ball.

To succeed in this exercise, the players in offence must escape their opponents effectively.

The player with the ball should also make good use of their pivot foot to pass to their teammates.

Once a team manages to make ten passes, they score a point and the ball goes to the other team.

The first team to earn ten points wins the exercise.

Over to you!
