Paneer tikka is an Indian dish made from chunks of paneer marinated in spices and grilled in a tandoor. It can also be served as a vegetarian alternative to chicken tikka and other meat dishes.
Ingredients:
• 400 g paneer (Indian cottage cheese)
• 2 onions
• 4 tomatoes
• 2 g green pepper
• 250 g hung curd
• 1 tbsp grated ginger
• 4 tsp tandoori chicken masala
• 2 tsp red chili powder
• 1 lemon
• 3 tsp oil
• 1 tsp salt

take a cup of hung curd
add a little oil to the hung curd

add 4 teaspoons of tandoori chicken masala
4 teaspoons tandori chicken masala
one teaspoon of red chilli powder
1 teaspoon of red chilli powder
two teaspoons of salt
2 tablespoons salt
squeeze on lemon into the hung curd
1 lemon
grate a small piece of ginger and add it to the mixture

empty it into a big bowl and mix well
cut 400g of paneer into large cubes
400g paneer
add them to the hung curd mixture and let it marinate for an hour
cut two green peppers
2 green peppers
four tomatoes
4 tomatoes
and two onions into large pieces
add the vegetables to the marinade and mix well

arrange the vegetables and paneer on skewers or a greased pan
if you are using bamboo skewers, soak them in water for an hour before adding the paneer and vegetables
if you are using metal skewers dip them in oil before
pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees or a gas tandoor
and bake them for about 20 minutes
serve the tandoori paneer with mint and coriander chutney
