Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 cup whole milk
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/2 cup refined flour (maida)
• 2 tsp cardamom powder
• 10 sliced pistachios
• 10-15 strands saffron

pour half a cup of sugar in a pan
1/2 cup sugar
and add water to it

heat it for 5 minutes until the syrup thickens
pour 1/2 cup of flour and 1/2 cup refined flour (maida) into a bowl
1/2 cup of flour and 1/2 cup refined flour
add one glass of whole milk that has been boiled and cooled down
1 glass whole milk
mix and beat the batter and let it rest for 2 hours.
heat 500g of ghee or clarified butter in a pan
500g ghee
use a ladle to pour a little bit of the batter in a pan
wait until it gets golden brown until flipping it
when both sides are brown, soak the malpua in sugar syrup
garnish it with pistachios cardamom powder and saffron
