Navratan Pulav (aka: rice pilaf) is cooked in seasoned broth. Sometimes the rice may also be cooked with onion and other spices to get a nice brown color. A tasty, easy-to-make meal for when you're in a hurry!
Ingredients:
• 2 cups basmati rice
• 2 onions
• 2 carrots
• 1/2 cup finely-chopped beans
• 1/2 cup green peas
• 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
• 1/2 cup cashews
• 1/4 cup raisins
• 1/2 tsp ginger paste
• 1/2 tsp garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp cloves
• 1 small cinnamon stick
• 2 cardamoms
• 2 tsp cumin seeds
• 1 bay leaf
• ghee
• garam masala
• salt
• lemon
• coriander leaves

take two cups of basmati rice
2 cups of basmati rice
wash it and soak it for half an hour
cook the rice
heat ghee in a vessel

Next, add half a cup of cashew nuts

seven bay leaves and four cloves

Fry until the onions turn brown
The add a quarter cup of raising

next add cauliflower

half a cup of green beans and green peas

the vegetables can be cooked in a pressure cooker or a frying pan
add half a teaspoon of garam masala and salt

add one chopped apple and half a cup of pomegranate to the cooked rice

spread the rice in a large plate and add the cooked vegetables
You can remove the bay leaves
mix well
squeeze half a lemon into the rice
