In this video, you are going to how to respond in the event of a biological hazard
Biohazards are caused by the threat to human health of certain biological agents, such as viruses, bacteria, or any other microorganism.
This contamination could be accidental or the result of a pandemic.
Two situations are possible.
1 - If you live in an industrial zone with a biohazard risk : Contact the local authorities to learn about the steps to take in the event of an accident.
Have a first-aid kit and an emergency preparedness kit
Check the life of the radio batteries regularly, so you can listen to the advice of the authorities in the event of an accident.
2 - In the case of a pandemic, for example a flu pandemic: Wear a surgical mask to prevent human-to-human transmission.
Do not store drinks, food, medicines or tobacco in locations frequently used by other people.
Always wash your hands before eating, drinking or smoking, after going to the toilet and after any potentially contaminating contact.
Keep your hands away from your mouth, nose and eyes.
In the event of a sting, bite or cut, clean the wound immediately with soap and water then disinfect it.
Cover the wound with a plaster.
