Demolish a bathroom
Caution: Turn off the electricity at the mains before starting
Remove all the fixtures
Isolate the exposed electrical wires with a terminal block
Unscrew the fastening nuts
Cut the waterproof seal with a box cutter
Close off the pipe ends with brass plugs
Take out the door before knocking down the shower cubicle
Use a crowbar to help take out the frame
Note: Safety gloves, glasses and a helmet are essential
Remove the wooden framework
Pre-cut any coatings like wallpaper or fibreglass cloth
Break the partition with your sledgehammer in a T-shape
Tip: We recommend using ear defenders
Break the panels from top to bottom
Take out the uprights
Use specially-adapted rubble sacks
wear safety boots
Use a hammer drill on a chiselling setting fitted with a bit adapted to tiling
Important: Take care not to damage the pipes
