In this video, you will learn how to use a Plumb Bob.
A Plumb Bob, also known as a Plummet, is an instrument that uses a weighted object, called the bob, to measure the verticality or the “plumb” of a perpendicular plane.
To use a Plumb Bob, hold the cuboid with the Plumb Line running through it at the top of the measured plane and let the Bob drop down to the base.
Ensure that the Plumb Line is undisturbed and parallel with the surface. The Bob should neither rest on the surface nor be set apart from it.
Use a Plumb Bob frequently to avoid building a tilted wall.
You have now learned to use a Plumb Bob.
